Mujeres Electrificadoras is an initiative designed to promote diversity and inclusion in the electrical sector by creating training opportunities for women in vulnerable situations. Through the development of technical knowledge and new skills, the program helps reduce gender gaps and supports women’s integration into an industry traditionally dominated by men. 

A partnership for inclusion in Colombia

In addition to technical training, Mujeres Electrificadoras strengthens participants’ employability skills and economic empowerment. Through collaboration between the private sector and public institutions, participants gain exposure to real production environments and develop hands-on experience, creating new opportunities for professional growth while contributing to a more diverse and inclusive electrical industry.
