Application
Secondary distribution in low voltage. Indoor installations of industrial, commercial and residential buildings that must continue to operate in case of exposure to fire. Suitable for installation in trays, compliance with Tray Cable (TC) flame test. Fire resistance test in accordance with IEC 60331.
Fire Resistance Test (Circuit Integrity): The flame must have sufficient power so that the cable surface reaches a temperature of 750°C 10 minutes after the fire is applied and this must be maintained for 120 minutes.
During this time and up to 15 minutes after the fire is extinguished, the conductors must be energized at Nominal Voltage.
Note: Any other application or use not described above is considered prohibited.
Construction
Conductor
Soft copper flexible conductor in size from 18 AWG - 2000 kcmil, covered with flame retardant mica tape.
Insulation
Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) compound.
Jacket
Halogen-free, low-smoke, flame retardant polyolefin compound (HFFR-LS).
