Description

Description

Centelsa by Nexans Halogen-Free cables are part of the Nexans Fire Safety offer that allows you to protect people's lives, anticipate risks and secure assets in the event of fires.

Our Halogen-Free Cables do not spread fire, have low smoke emission, do not emit toxic gases and have a maximum operating temperature of 90°C.

Application

Cables for low voltage electrical energy distribution, installations in buildings, inside premises, control panels and electronic circuits. High flexibility to facilitate its installation. Suitable for places with a high concentration of people, where halogen-free conductors and low smoke emission are required, which in the event of a fire will not generate toxic or corrosive gases that may affect the health of people and the condition of equipment and circuits electronics. The cables can be used for installations mentioned in NTC 2050 Article 310.

Suitable for installation in cable trays according to RETIE article 20.3 literal J, from 12 AWG gauge and larger.

Constrution

Conductor

Flexible soft copper conductors.

Isolation

Free halogen, flame retardant and low smoke emission opaque, dense, toxic and corrosive thermoplastic compound.
