Configuraciones de 2, 3 ó 4 fases en calibres desde el 2 AWG hasta el 12 AWG

Description

Description

APPLICATION

These cables are designed for use in the low-voltage power distribution networks of Grupo EPM companies. They are suitable for industrial installations and low-voltage distribution applications, including public lighting systems, and may be installed outdoors, in dry or wet environments, inside conduits, or directly buried (special construction with PVC filler).

They are suitable for installation on cable trays (TC) and feature an external jacket resistant to ultraviolet (UV) radiation, ensuring reliable performance in outdoor exposure.

CONSTRUCTION

Conductor

  • Annealed copper. Concentric stranded conductor.
  • Typical construction: 7 strands, Class B.
  • For extra-flexible cables, Class J or Class K stranding is used.

Insulation

  • Individually insulated conductors with 90 °C XLPE compound, flame-retardant (FR) and suitable for TC.
  • In special cases: HF LS insulation as applicable.

Assembly

  • Set of individually insulated conductors bundled together with polyester tape.

Outer jacket

  • XLPE 90 °C, flame-retardant (FR), UV-resistant (SR), and suitable for use on cable trays (TC).
  • HF LS jacket may be required as applicable.

Applicable standards

  • ET-TD-ME01-26: Copper Power Cable.

Certificates

  • RETIE
  • CIDET N° 08297

Operating temperature

  • 90 °C

Operating voltage

  • 600 V

Identification

Individually insulated conductors identified by solid colors in the insulation (full color, no stripes):

  • Three-phase system: Yellow – Blue – Red phases; White neutral.
  • Single-phase system: Black – Red phases; White neutral.
  • For public lighting (according to applicable codes): Black, Red, and Green insulation colors.

Packaging units

  • 500 m reels.

Optional

  • HF LS versions (insulation and/or jacket) as applicable
  • Extra-flexible conductors (Class J or Class K) where required.

NOTE:

  • The data reported here are nominal and are subject to tolerances according to standards and normal manufacturing practices.
  • Other configurations not specified in this catalog may be available under special request and minimum manufacturing quantities
